Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us when you fill out a form on the Site — for example your name, email address, the topic you select, and any message you send. If you request our Owner Reset Checklist or join our newsletter, we collect your name and email so we can deliver it and stay in touch.
We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as your browser type, device, and general usage) to keep the Site working and improve it.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries and requests;
- Deliver resources you ask for, such as the Owner Reset Checklist;
- Send you newsletters, updates, and related content (you can opt out anytime);
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
How your information is handled
We use trusted third-party services to run the Site and manage communications. Form submissions and contact records are processed through our CRM and email platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, operated via Throttled Up Marketing), and the Site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Email communications
If you opt in, we may send you emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We’ll still send you resources you specifically requested.
Cookies & tracking
The Site and our embedded forms may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above.
